Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hands-on person to work as a Janitor / Security & Maintenance Officer at Tree Yard International School.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Greet children and parents at the school gate
- Help with check-in and check-out using a tablet
- Make sure only authorized people pick up students
- Keep the school building and grounds safe, and in good condition
- Help fix or maintain small things (painting, lights, furniture, etc.)
- Accept deliveries and assist the school staff when needed
Key Responsibilities
At the School Gate:
- Welcome students and families each morning
- Use the tablet to check students in and out
- Confirm pickup names with our system
- Control the following of our school drop-off and procedures
Deliveries:
- Receive all deliveries and packages
- Check if items are correct and in good condition
- Inform the right staff members
Maintenance Duties:
- Walk around the school to check if everything is safe
- Fix small problems (broken items, small painting, light bulbs, etc.)
- Help keep the playground, classrooms, and school equipment in order
- Report bigger problems to management
Team Help:
- Help teachers move furniture or set up classrooms
- Keep tools and supplies tidy and organized
- Help to organise outside contractors to fix any maintenance problems that need further support
What We’re Looking For
You should:
- Have experience in security, janitorial, or maintenance work
- Be able to use a tablet (basic technology skills)
- Be kind, helpful, and trustworthy
- Know how to follow safety rules, especially around children
- Be a strong English speaker (able to speak and understand clearly)
- Know how to fix simple things (paint, lights, shelves, etc.)
- Start Date: July 1st, 2025
- Salary: 20,000 THB/month
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time
(May include extra hours for school events)
