Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Grade 3 Teacher for our Luther class at Tree Yard International School.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both Montessori and Cambridge curricula, guiding students through increasingly complex academic subjects and helping them develop critical thinking and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in all subjects, ensuring alignment with Montessori and Cambridge methods.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment that fosters mutual respect, cooperation, and academic growth.
Assessment and Evaluation: Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction, adapting lessons to meet individual student needs.
Leadership Development: Encourage students to take on leadership roles and develop their collaborative skills through group work and peer activities.
Parent Communication: Provide regular updates to parents regarding student progress,including reports, conferences, and informal communication.
Professional Development: Engage in professional learning opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to continually improve teaching practices.
Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in school-wide events and support extracurricular programs that contribute to student growth.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education with a specialization in Montessori or Cambridge curriculum preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably with primary school students.

- Strong communication skills.
- Communication, and organizational skills.
- Along with the ability to integrate critical thinking .
- Leadership development into lessons.
Certifications: Valid teaching certification required.
